I’m a Jira Admin & Developer with 7+ years of overall IT experience and 7+ years of relevant experience with Atlassian tools—especially Jira Admin, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence. Since Sep 2019, I’ve been working on installing, configuring, and scaling Jira applications while supporting teams on smooth operational workflows.
I design and manage Jira solutions end-to-end: creating new Jira projects, users, groups, issue types, screens, custom workflows, and custom fields. I also handle performance and reliability work such as re-indexing, troubleshooting Jira user issues, and resolving items based on SLA.
I’m focused on automation and continuous improvement—using Script Runner with Groovy scripting to automate Jira tasks and enhance functionality (Behaviors, Jobs, Fragments, Listeners, Conditions, Validators, and post functions). I implement Agile reporting inside Atlassian (Kanban & Scrum boards), manage integrations/migrations/upgradations, and help organizations improve technical agility through better processes and run books.
