What I'm looking for

I am seeking HR roles where I can support end-to-end HR operations, payroll accuracy, labour relations, and people development in a compliant, fast-paced environment.

I am an HR Generalist/Consultant with over six years of progressive experience delivering end-to-end human resources services across recruitment, payroll support, labor relations, and HR administration, coordination, and organization.

I have supported management in performance management, disciplinary processes, job grading, and benchmarking, and have hands-on payroll experience using Sage 300 and Sage 300 People to ensure payroll accuracy and legislative compliance.

My background includes preparing CCMA documentation, conducting HR analytics and reporting (including EE and B-BBEE), administering benefits and provident fund processes, and managing learning and development and training administration.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Development and additional certifications in Payroll & Tax Administration, Learning & Development, and Strategic Recruitment & Selection, and I bring strong planning, communication, and risk-analysis skills to fast-paced environments.
