I am a Human Resources professional and consultant with hands-on experience in HR administration, compliance, internal auditing, and payroll across multiple industries. I combine academic training in Human Resource Management with practical roles in labour broking, compliance, and HR consultancy.

In operational HR roles I managed onboarding and offboarding, payroll inputs, document control, background checks, and labour relations matters, building a strong foundation in HR processes and employee services. I have supported CCMA matters, disciplinary hearings, and implemented corrective actions following HR audits.

As a Compliance Officer and Internal Auditor, I conducted monthly bank and manager report audits, drafted policies, performed compliance testing across microfinance, petroleum resale, and property development sectors, and acted as company proxy for insurance issues. I leveraged risk assessment, internal control evaluation, and regulatory knowledge to maintain industry compliance.

Currently I deliver full HR function services to a European-headquartered client with South African branches, leading recruitment, HR policy development, onboarding, investigations, salary benchmarking, skills development, Employment Equity and B-BBEE support. I focus on practical, compliant HR solutions that drive operational efficiency and employee engagement.
