Owned and led 10+ Workday feature rollouts across 7 global teams, coordinating requirements, stakeholders, and Agile delivery through deployment and adoption. Initiated and led a global Workday value realization program, assessing adoption and ROI and migrating 25% of processes from third-party systems into Workday.

Led process transformation efforts and advanced to People Manager within 2 years, hiring and leading a team of 2 analysts delivering process efficiency dashboards. Delivered data-driven tools including a manager effectiveness scorecard, a Workday-integrated Power Platform automation for employee termination, and a data quality control framework that improved payroll accuracy from 72% to 100%.

Designed and delivered a digital fluency programme for 50+ HRBPs across the Africa region, creating end-to-end analytics and reporting learning materials and achieving post-programme NPS of 92. Built a predictive model and Power BI dashboard for talent-source effectiveness across 120+ roles using 3 years of hiring, attrition, and performance data to support hiring decisions and reduce recruitment costs.

Performed As-Is and To-Be analysis of operational readiness and execution risks for a $150Mn pharma manufacturing facility to minimize disruption to project timelines. Identified approximately $1Mn in cost-optimization opportunities through audits of supply chain and inventory management processes.
