At Blue Creek Healthcare, I lead clinical operations for a 90-bed skilled nursing facility, overseeing nursing services, infection control, quality measures, and regulatory compliance. Working with the interdisciplinary team, I helped improve the facility’s overall star rating from 1 to 4 stars.

I lead proactive audits, mock surveys, staff education, and Plans of Correction for F-tags including F686, F880, F697, F684, and F812. I also strengthened staffing retention, eliminated agency staffing, and oversee wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, PEG/J-Tube management, and infection prevention.

I grew from LPN to RN Unit Manager and Director of Nursing at Blue Creek Healthcare. I’m committed to collaborative, accountable, resident-centered leadership that empowers nursing teams while maintaining consistent clinical standards.
