What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role where I can improve patient experience and clinical outcomes, lead multidisciplinary teams, drive quality and efficiency, and support staff development in a collaborative, patient-centered organization.

I am a results-driven nursing leader with over four years managing multidisciplinary teams and a 36-bed medical/surgical unit. I lead 65+ clinicians, oversee multimillion-dollar budgets, and use EPIC and Power BI to monitor KPIs—improving HCAHPS, throughput, readmissions, and safety outcomes.
