What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my knowledge of finance and human resources in practice while gaining new professional experience.

I'm currently pursuing a Master's in International Business and Economics at Hochschule Schmalkalden, building on an MBA and BSc in Business Administration. My interests are in finance and human resources, and I want to apply my academic knowledge in practice.

I've supported HR work at Maximal Consultancy, including personnel policies, employee registration, shift assignment, and payroll structures. My project experience includes an MBA consulting project in HR at Sapphire Retail Limited, alongside work in accounting, tender documentation, administration, budgeting, and financial documents.
