What I'm looking for

I want to own problems end to end—working with customer accounts or operations data in regulated environments—and build faster processes while coordinating stakeholders to resolve issues for the person involved.

I owned complex customer account cases at Octopus Energy, using Kraken CRM to investigate discrepancies, negotiate tailored payment resolutions, and speed up how we flagged billing errors across a 180,000–200,000 customer portfolio.

I supported sensitive cases with Legal and Compliance under FCA and Ofgem frameworks, and I reviewed tariff options against usage and affordability to recommend better-fit switches that reduced future debt risk.

Before that, I led a 10-member team at SKVP, improving service performance and onboarding, and I’ve also worked across operations in real estate at Mirha Holdings, repositioning assets and renegotiating leases to increase income.
