Sole owner of property-ai, a production AI microservice serving 7M+ listings across 111 countries. Architected end-to-end with Python/FastAPI, including semantic search, RAG chatbot, and geospatial routing.

Founded and built a deal-transparency platform for Malaysian property, turning listings into trilingual pricing reports. Won the IQI AI Hackathon 2026 and launched the product publicly within 14 days.

Developed a Claude API RAG chatbot with a deliberate no-vector-DB architecture, serving as a public code and writing sample.

Delivered 36+ projects across 6+ years, including real-time streaming platforms for Maxis, Digi, and TM One, and national-level HR and permit systems.

Collaborated with Silverlake Innovation Partners and Infosys on enterprise-scale platforms, including the HRDC National Competency Standard platform and a permit licensing system.

Produced official tutorial content and knowledge-base documentation, and developed Joget plugins in Java.

Delivered real-time streaming platforms for Maxis, Digi, and TM One, and supported disaster recovery implementation for Affin Bank.
