At PropertyLab Technology, I shipped three production LLM systems across a Laravel monolith, an agentic WhatsApp sales product, and a full platform rebuild. I took a WhatsApp AI sales agent from specification to live customer traffic, raising coverage from 8% to 96% across 473 messages.
I build AI systems with measurement, safety, and reliability in mind: I replaced an underperforming two-pass LLM design after evaluation, secured customer identity documents with record-level access controls, and cut webinar AI costs from a potential $144 to $0.08 per session. I’m also fine-tuning XLM-RoBERTa for Malaysian parliamentary stance classification across 16,000+ speech turns.
