What I'm looking for

I'm looking to join a technical support team where I can apply my networking foundation, troubleshoot incidents, support users and systems, and grow professionally in networking and cybersecurity.

I've tested Odoo ERP at Inbrasol, documenting incidents, analyzing failures, and escalating issues to development teams while supporting stable production environments for SME clients.

I'm a Computer Science graduate with hands-on training in TCP/IP networking, routing and switching, cybersecurity, and Linux. I've built intranet modules with Laravel and Angular, maintained WordPress sites, and participated in Cisco and NTT DATA cybersecurity programs, including solving 35 of 37 challenges in Cisco CyberGames Americas.
