What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a network-focused role where I can own monitoring and incident resolution for complex IP/MPLS environments, contribute to migrations and service continuity, and keep growing through structured engineering ownership and security-minded improvements.

I’m a Telecommunications Engineering graduate with over three years’ experience in networking and telecommunications, focused on ensuring service continuity through configuration, monitoring, and incident resolution. In my roles, I provided specialised technical support to Claro’s premium customers, configured and monitored network equipment for optimal performance, and helped execute and validate corporate migrations to maintain service continuity.

I also supported network operations with structured troubleshooting and ticketing workflows (Jira and Remedy), coordinating incidents and preparing reports for efficient resolution. Alongside hands-on IP/MPLS integration and validation across vendor equipment (including Cisco and Huawei datacom), I bring strong protocol depth (LLDP, OSPF, DHCP, BGP, STP) and advanced practical training (CCNA/CCNP, plus ethical hacking with Kali Linux, Burp Suite, and OWASP Top 10) to improve both reliability and security-minded decision making.
