At Hofstede Insights Oy, I coordinated certification programmes and added feedback loops that raised learner satisfaction and refined the content. I also prepared and updated training materials for facilitators working across five continents.

I built the coaching programme from scratch, matching coachees with coaches twice a year to support consultants’ training and sales skills. I also designed a pre-course survey and used its results to tailor training and certification content.

At itim International Oy, I coordinated logistics for training programmes and workshops, including venue bookings, materials, attendee communication, and on-site setup. I supported trainers during live sessions and helped keep programmes on schedule.

In 2026, I launched El Patio Pop-Up in Finland, coordinating operations, suppliers, staffing, marketing, and business development from concept to opening. I also organized cultural, music, and community events and negotiated event partnerships.
