I am looking for a role that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

I am a Learning & Development Specialist with over 10 years of experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs in both corporate and international environments. My expertise lies in developing scalable learning solutions that cater to product launches, change initiatives, and multicultural teams. I am known for creating inclusive and engaging learning experiences, both online and in-person, while applying instructional design principles and adult learning theory.

In my current role as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant at Akkodis, I have successfully designed and implemented national reskilling and upskilling programs for diverse audiences. I manage the administration of a company-wide Learning Management System (LMS) serving over 1,000 employees and have led the implementation of a new digital learning platform. My collaborative approach ensures alignment of learning initiatives with organizational goals, and I leverage data analytics to track KPIs and learner progress effectively.
