I'm seeking a challenging role where I can apply my healthcare data, financial assessment, compliance, and leadership experience to help a dynamic organization succeed.

At Jackson Health System's Ryder Trauma Center, I abstract and enter trauma patient data, review medical records, and apply ICD-10-CM/PCS coding to maintain complete, timely registry information.

I support trauma quality improvement through data validation, audits, reporting preparation, and regulatory requirements. Previously, I prepared burn care and trauma quality reports and coordinated data collection for performance improvement initiatives.
