What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing sales, administrative, or operations role where I can organize information, support clients and teams, resolve problems, and grow my management skills.

I've supported customers and sales operations at Beauty Trendz, providing beauty advice, recommending products, cross-selling, operating registers, and keeping assigned areas stocked and presentable.

At Behavioral Services of Tennessee, I managed day-to-day home operations and led a team of 12 employees. I created budgets and schedules, supported medication administration, and maintained service standards with clients in mind.

I've also provided classroom support for Shelby County Schools and front-line reception support in insurance. My experience includes reporting, data processing, clerical tasks, customer service, problem resolution, and administrative support.
