I’m a passionate professional focused on applying my skills in a corporate environment while developing myself and helping the organization succeed. I’m especially motivated by creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and business objectives.

In my internship at Everest Bank, I supported customer service across ATM, Mobile Banking, and cheque issuing. I also handled and collected customer complaints and feedback (30–40 customers per day on average) while maintaining a service-focused, accountable mindset.

In my job experience, I’ve worked as a sales executive at Basiyo to meet clients and increase customers in app registration, and as a Marketing Officer at Kapangadhi Cinema(Pvt.) Ltd. where I handled event planning, coordination, and presented findings and recommendations to senior management.

Currently at Flextecs Nepal Pvt. Ltd, I work as an Assistant Recovery Audit Analyst supporting the audit team by finding, supporting, and documenting audit and claims operations, and producing claims using appropriate audit concepts. I bring strong communication, teamwork, time management, and organizing skills to ensure claims and audit work is accurate and well documented.
