I’m a results-driven Banking & Finance graduate with a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience supporting high-quality banking operations and customer-facing processes.

In my internship at Nepal Bank Limited, I supported daily operations like account management and transaction processing, helped prepare financial reports, and maintained accurate customer records. I also analysed account data to flag discrepancies, managed document verification for loan applications and account openings, and improved coordination with front-desk teams to resolve inquiries promptly.

I broadened my operational and communication strengths as an Admissions Officer, where I owned end-to-end admissions workflows. I streamlined enrolment processes with academic and counselling teams, managed multi-channel communication, and generated weekly reports tracking application status, acceptance rates, and pipeline metrics.

Earlier, as a 2D Image Annotation Specialist, I delivered reliable outputs for AI/ML datasets by meeting accuracy targets, labelling complex visual data precisely, and escalating quality issues to QA. Across all roles, I bring attention to detail, strong stakeholder communication, and a consistent focus on compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement.
