I’m a motivated, customer-focused chat support and customer service professional who delivers professional, timely answers while keeping quality high. I communicate strongly in English writing and type quickly (60+ WPM), which helps me support customers efficiently—even with multiple conversations at once.

In my Chat Support Agent role (Remote), I managed live chat conversations and resolved customer inquiries promptly by following company guidelines. I stayed consistent with quality standards and worked smoothly in a remote environment.

I’ve also led through impact as a Team Leader for Chat Agents, where I supervised and supported a team, monitored performance and quality, and assigned tasks. I assisted with training new team members to help them deliver the same high level of support.
