What I'm looking for

I want to enhance my knowledge and capabilities in a dynamic organization, taking on substantial responsibility as new talent. I’m looking for work where leadership, analytics, and customer-focused execution are valued.

I’m a Sales manager currently working in Bohicon, Benin, where I lead teams and focus on delivering results. I bring strategy development, performance monitoring, and structured reporting to help my organization move with clarity and pace.

In my role, I develop and train team members to improve sales techniques, provide constructive feedback, and lead by example. I’m hands-on with customer relationship management, persuasion and negotiation, and budget management to support sustainable growth.

Earlier, I built a strong foundation through teaching and community development services, including administrative duties and supporting young people mentally and educationally. I also completed petroleum training internships (P.T.I), working on drilling fluid formulation and rig maintenance, including HSE exposure (HSE Level 1 and HSE Level 3).

I’m motivated by continuous learning and by taking on substantial responsibility in a dynamic organization. Whether through leadership, analytical thinking, or communication, I aim to turn data and customer needs into decisive action and measurable outcomes.
