What I'm looking for

Fully remote operations, logistics, or customer support role where I can use ten years of procurement, vendor, and delivery coordination, and grow in supply chain. US citizen based in Guatemala, comfortable across time zones, finishing my BS in Supply Chain and Operations Management in November 2026. I like solving real problems: delays, missing shipments, and last-minute changes.

For ten years, I kept expedition vessels supplied in places where the nearest store might be a day's travel away. That meant planning orders around guest counts and dietary needs, adapting itineraries, coordinating vendors and deliveries across multiple ports, and solving problems when something didn't show up. I also built the inventory and ordering systems that crews used after I left, and I met every morning with guests who had serious food allergies to make sure each meal was safe for them.

I'm finishing a BS in Supply Chain and Operations Management at Western Governors University (November 2026) and moving into remote operations, logistics, and customer support roles. I'm based in Guatemala and open to remote work with teams anywhere.
