In my recent role, I led a diverse international team to verify and digitize insurance certificates, strengthening seamless freight operations across the United States. I managed schedules, KPIs, and accountability in a high-output remote environment, while specializing in operational data analysis and continuous training to improve performance and day-to-day decision-making.

Before that, I directed international B2B export sales from Guatemala and El Salvador to the USA, negotiated contracts, and coordinated end-to-end logistics and compliance for container shipments. I’ve also worked as a logistics specialist managing export/import operations, customs processes, damage claims, and lost package investigations—and I currently co-lead a mobile coffee business where I manage end-to-end operations, supplier management, inventory planning, and profitability through cost control and efficient execution.
