What I'm looking for

I want a role where I can coordinate case management and emergency-informed clinical care, lead interdisciplinary collaboration, strengthen workflow and documentation, and keep improving outcomes through quality and regulatory-compliant practices.

I’m a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in emergency, clinical, and leadership roles. I focus on coordinated, patient-centered care—especially admissions, daily case management, utilization review, and safe discharge planning.

In my current role as an RN Case Manager at Alliance Health, I coordinate admissions and interdisciplinary care goals, lead Interdisciplinary Team meetings, and manage swing bed referrals, eligibility, and transitions from acute or outside facilities. I handle authorizations and IMM notifications, track denials and referrals, and remove barriers early by arranging DME, home health, hospice, and SNF placement.

Before this, I served as an ER Registered Nurse/Charge Nurse, delivering emergency care including CPR, ACLS, and neonatal resuscitations, while collaborating on assessments, treatment planning, accurate documentation, and infection control. I also led clinical workflow optimization as a Clinical Operations Director—driving recruitment, training, performance evaluations, HRSA/CMS compliance, budget management, quality improvement, and culturally competent patient education. I’m committed to professional growth and continuous learning, including earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2025) through Capella University.
