What I'm looking for

I seek a patient-centered role where I can leverage care management and rehabilitation experience, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and improve outcomes while reducing avoidable hospitalizations.

I am a well-organized, proactive Registered Nurse with strong experience in rehabilitation settings and long-standing practice as a RN care manager. I focus on creating a compassionate environment while delivering high-quality patient care.

As an experienced charge nurse, I am proficient at assessing conditions, implementing appropriate interventions, and assuring quality of care. I collaborate routinely with providers, social workers, case managers and community resources to achieve the best patient outcomes.

My clinical credentials include NCLEX (2016), RN license in Ohio (2016), and BLS certification. I hold an Associate Degree in Nursing and completed a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, graduating Cum Laude.

I am driven to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and to set patients up for healthier days through coordinated care management and evidence-based practice.
