I am a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience delivering quality healthcare to diverse patient populations. I specialize in case management, care coordination, and clinical leadership across acute care settings.

In my current role as Registered Nurse Case Manager Team Lead, I coordinate and supervise case management for all age groups, monitor staff performance, and promote interdepartmental communication to meet system targets for length of stay.

Previously I served in progressive clinical roles including Case Manager, Interim Case Management Manager, Charge Nurse, and Staff RN (PRN), developing and implementing care plans, conducting assessments, coordinating social services, and participating in hiring and policy development.
