I'm the sole HR Operations contact at Nova Complex Finland, building the local HR function from zero for a Singapore-headquartered data-centre developer. I own employee lifecycle operations, contractor administration, payroll verification, vendor management, and audit-ready compliance documentation.
I created the company’s HR policy and documentation suite, salary governance and L1–L3 job-levelling framework, and Python-based Teamtailor reporting automation. The reporting tool saves more than an hour of manual work each week and supports management-team recruitment and headcount decisions.
At Huawei Finland, I led HR Administration and People Operations while managing HR Administration/Payroll and Recruitment specialists. I also led a three-country vendor transition for a 24-person contractor workforce, supported Nordic employee relations and restructuring, and managed cross-border mobility, tax equalisation, and Finnish shadow-payroll compliance.
My earlier work across Huawei Nordic and Michael Page combined regional HR partnership, recruitment leadership, workforce planning, and talent mobility. I bring experience across China, Sweden, and Finland, working closely with Nordic, Chinese, and Singaporean stakeholders.
