I am a resilient and confident customer-service professional with hands-on experience in retail operations and call-centre support. I have worked in a multi-functional filling station role and as a customer service representative handling inbound calls and insurance-related queries.

At Engen Ruwari I managed daily station operations including fuel dispensing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, while assisting with deliveries, pricing and shop sales.

At WNS I provided call-centre support, processed documentation requests, and resolved policy and insurance inquiries using established procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. I bring strong problem-solving, upselling, and communication skills in English, Afrikaans and isiXhosa.
