I’m seeking a Content Moderator role supporting safe, respectful online spaces, enforcing policies consistently, and strengthening my community management skills through meaningful engagement.

I’m a Business Management graduate with hands-on experience managing online content, engaging digital communities, and maintaining brand presence across social platforms. Through my work in social media and content creation, I’ve learned how to communicate appropriately with diverse audiences and respond to user interactions professionally.

I’m especially drawn to moderation because I enjoy supporting safe, respectful spaces. In my previous role, I monitored and managed audience interactions, responded to comments and messages in a brand-appropriate tone, and flagged inappropriate or off-brand content where needed while staying consistent with policies and guidelines.

I also review performance metrics to understand user behavior and engagement trends, and I stay up to date with platform policies and content trends.
