In my roles at Fableration, Demether, Lumoz, and Ola, I handled community inquiries and support requests with fast response times. I’ve worked directly with recurring issues—monitoring conversations, relaying insights, and improving the overall user experience.

From handling 150+ to 200+ questions per week, I’ve focused on practical, user-first solutions. I also assisted new users with platform navigation, feature explanations, onboarding support, and updates so they can participate confidently.
