In my role at MultiChoice (GOtv/DStv), I processed customer account numbers and payment details, registered new customers by capturing and verifying information, and ensured data accuracy during transactions. I also assisted with service issues and provided timely solutions through effective communication.

Now, I’m seeking an entry-level remote opportunity in customer support, chat support, data entry, or virtual assistance. I bring strong problem-solving, active listening, and administrative support skills, and I’m comfortable learning new software and systems quickly.
