At Rush Street Interactive, I delivered 10 third-party platform integrations across five regulated jurisdictions, bringing approximately 3,000 games live. I managed parallel integrations from requirements through certification, configuration, QA and launch.
I used vendor A/B test results to prioritize the integration roadmap and standardized the process in a reusable Confluence playbook. After a regulator's documentation request delayed a launch, I added a certification buffer to the playbook.
