What I'm looking for

I'm available immediately for remote work worldwide and open to roles in South Africa or Europe. I'm looking to build organic social growth, conversion funnels, client relationships, and scalable content systems that turn attention into revenue.

At JoeandJen Marketing Agency, I create and direct short-form content that turns views into leads, booked calls, products, courses, and services. I joined as a video editor and moved into account management, new business, and team leadership within my first year.

I've managed around eight client accounts through weekly coaching, 30-day content plans, scripts, shot direction, and delivery systems. Two clients grew beyond 1M followers and most passed 10K through fully organic reach.

I also run sales calls, close retainer packages, lead editors and coaches, and build conversion funnels from social attention to revenue. Before marketing, I managed restaurant operations and co-founded a microgreens business selling directly to restaurants.
