I currently serve as Head of Product and Customer Success at AckTao SA, where I lead product and customer success strategy for a beta cybersecurity serious game targeting higher education institutions. I act as the primary interface between client, leadership, and development partners—ensuring delivery, testing, and product alignment while translating technical topics into business decisions.
Previously, as Engagement Manager at Kudelski Security, I owned end-to-end service delivery and outcomes for a portfolio of cybersecurity clients, serving as the primary client escalation point to protect service quality and satisfaction. I also defined client security roadmaps aligned with business objectives and maturity targets, led cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve services, and delivered executive reporting with KPIs and service reviews to demonstrate value. Earlier, as a Cybersecurity Consultant, I delivered cybersecurity awareness programs and phishing simulation campaigns, developed and tested incident response plans through tabletop exercises, and conducted ISO 27001-based security audits—alongside coordinating penetration testing engagements and tracking remediation activities.
