I'm looking to lead international energy, nuclear, government-affairs, or market-entry programs involving cross-border stakeholders, political-risk analysis, and distributed teams. I'm equipped for remote work and willing to travel as needed.

At JSC TVEL, I lead international cooperation and government relations, launching a five-year interstate R&D program with a 2 billion RUB budget and coordinating 12 organizations across Russia and Belarus. I also oversaw the CIS Model Law on Radioactive Waste Management, harmonizing regulations across seven member states.

Over 30+ years, I’ve managed multilateral energy, nuclear, trade, and government-affairs work across the CIS, BRICS, SCO, Central Asia, Iran, and Cyprus. I’ve negotiated 20+ intergovernmental agreements, managed major cross-border programs, and lead distributed teams through secure remote workflows.
