My career has taken me from school leadership to sales support and now into real estate research and transaction coordination. The common thread has been keeping people, projects, and details moving in the right direction. I enjoy solving problems, bringing order to a busy day, and being someone a team can count on.
As a principal and assistant principal, I led campus operations serving more than 1,200 students with over 100 staff and managed annual budgets exceeding $2 million. I helped coordinate the opening of a new campus, working with construction, facilities, technology, and staffing teams to get everything ready. My responsibilities also included purchasing, vendor coordination, staff training, safety procedures, and developing checklists and processes that made daily operations more consistent.
At Ferguson Water Works, I supported more than $800,000 in monthly order activity, coordinating quotes, orders, customer communication, and shipment tracking. That experience gave me a practical understanding of how sales, vendors, warehouse teams, and logistics work together—and how important accurate information and timely follow-up are.
Today, I research commercial properties as an independent contractor with IAG, using CoStar, Reonomy, ZoomInfo, and ContactOut to identify ownership, contacts, and property details. I also provide part-time transaction support for Odyssey Group Realtors, helping with checklists, document organization, research, and marketing posts.
I’m comfortable with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and I enjoy learning tools that help me work more efficiently. Research especially appeals to me because I like digging into details, checking information, and finding the missing piece.
I’m interested in remote operations, administrative coordination, project support, and research opportunities. I’m drawn to work where I can make a useful contribution behind the scenes, take ownership of tasks, and help a team stay organized and meet its goals.
