I bring years of experience providing hands-on patient support, including recording vital signs, observing symptoms, and assisting with daily living activities. I’m trusted to maintain privacy and follow predetermined protocols, including HIPAA and confidential documentation practices.

At the W.G. Bill Hefner VA Medical Center, I support veterans and staff by answering call signals, operating a telephone switchboard, filing and maintaining records, and measuring/reporting intake and output. I also trained and mentored new employees on VA policies and protocols and on VA computer programs such as CPRS, myPay, Acustaf, VATAS, and Caribou—along with core Microsoft Office tools.

Previously, as a Front Desk Receptionist/Certified Nursing Assistant, I combined compassionate patient care with front-desk responsibilities like appointment scheduling, record keeping, and administrative support. I’m currently focused on growing into RN practice, with a clear goal to complete my BSN and obtain RN licensure.
