At Jotform, I evaluate interactions with the AI Support Agent and develop review methodologies and training materials across 30+ AI review projects, including work on Form Builder and App Builder.
I built an end-to-end review automation workflow using internal APIs, Python, GPT-assisted validation, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script. It reduced review-bank creation from approximately 3 hours to 10 minutes and helped shorten AI project review cycles from approximately 6 months to 2 months.
I also developed Jotform AI Review Quality Operations, including reviewer onboarding, SOPs, and quality guidelines. I coordinate operations across approximately 57 people and connect AI and product teams, developers, management, and reviewers.
