Mihaela Chingovska

I have experience of working as a Kindergarten Teacher focused on teaching English while creating a fun, educational environment where children feel safe, engaged, and motivated to learn. In my roles at a Language Center, and private kindergarten settings, I prioritize both learning outcomes and everyday classroom joy.

At Language Center Challenge Skopje, I taught English and worked to build a positive atmosphere that supports children’s development and learning. I also tended to children’s emotional needs, helping them feel comfortable and confident in the classroom routine.

Most recently, at Private Kindergarten Liliput Dvorce in Skopje, I continued teaching English with the same approach: making activities playful and educational, and supporting children emotionally as they grow. I foster a classroom culture that encourages curiosity, participation, and steady progress.

Alongside my teaching experience, I’m currently studying toward a Degree of Philology in English Language and Literature at the Faculty of Philology Blazhe Koneski. I’m looking to keep developing my skills in early language learning while bringing a warm, structured, and engaging teaching style to a team that values children’s well-being.

Additionally, I have successfully completed a comprehensive teaching practicum and supervised teaching practice delivering ESL instruction across two distinct educational levels: 9th grade (primary education) and the 3rd year of secondary high school. Designed and implemented differentiated lesson plans, fostered an inclusive learning environment, and integrated pedagogical methods to enhance student engagement. Conducted field observations, analyzed mentor pedagogical strategies, and provided targeted instructional assistance to language learners.
