What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my English teaching, leadership, communication, and intercultural collaboration skills in an inclusive organization that supports student success, community engagement, sustainable development, and professional growth.

I teach English language and literature at High School 28 November in Debar, creating inclusive, motivating classrooms through lesson planning, interactive activities, modern teaching methods, and digital tools. I previously taught middle school English at Said Najdeni and support community initiatives as a Red Cross disseminator.

Before returning to education, I managed transport, cargo delivery, construction, and home-kitchen operations at D.S Logistik and Seccurus GmbH in Germany. I've also led real-estate sales for Prosperity Industries and supported U.S. restaurant partners on the Slice online ordering platform.
