Miguel Tavarez

I’m an IT Assistant with strong coding and technical foundations, and I’m used to solving real-time issues under pressure. At Madison Square Garden Entertainment, I handled guest support for every event night, including digital assistance on Ticketmaster and event apps, while supporting back of house operations and large-crowd collaboration.

Alongside that customer-facing technical experience, I’ve built disciplined critical thinking and time management through caregiving—checking vitals and monitoring health metrics like Lvad stats and blood pressure. I’m currently pursuing an Associates degree in Information Technology with a harder focus on cybersecurity, aiming to continue with certificates and 6 month programs through companies like Google after graduation.
