I’m a Functional Consultant focused on ERP support and continuous improvement. In my current role at myPartner IT Consulting, I provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, helping users turn business needs into reliable day-to-day workflows.
Previously, as a Support Technician at PHC GO (PHC Software SA), I supported the cloud ERP PHC GO both functionally and technically. I diagnosed and resolved SaaS incidents, collected functional feedback, and collaborated on product enhancements through daily support for partners and end clients.
Earlier in my career, I strengthened my business and reporting foundation as an Administrative Assistant—supporting financial and administrative management, invoice control, stock management, and creating sales reports, projections, and KPI summaries. I also worked as a Sales Support Assistant for Generali, providing operational and administrative support to a mediator network and managing my own client portfolio.
