I’m seeking a technical support or cloud/Kubernetes role where I can resolve complex incidents, improve system reliability, collaborate with engineering teams, and grow into DevOps/SRE responsibilities.

I am a highly motivated technical support engineer fluent in French and English with a strong background in enterprise integration and cloud infrastructure.

I provide L1/L2 support for the Jitterbit Harmony Platform, managing the full lifecycle of customer cases in Salesforce, creating and tracking bug reports with Atlassian/Jira, and monitoring system health with Grafana to ensure SLA compliance.

Previously, I supported Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters—using kubectl, Helm, ACR and ACI—to diagnose networking, storage, and deployment issues, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to incident response and post-mortems.
