What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote B2B role where I can troubleshoot SaaS integrations, investigate APIs and web applications, improve technical operations, and collaborate closely with engineering teams across US time zones.

I've delivered and monitored custom digital automation workflows, troubleshooting integration failures through HTTP request, API payload, and Webhook inspection with Postman and browser developer tools.

I also coordinated a six-person engineering team building a web-based car-sharing mobility platform, managing Jira workflows, Agile delivery, functional testing, and system verification. Through my software thesis project, I built a material calculation system spanning requirements, data parsing, database queries, deployment documentation, and reporting.
