At Be.EV, I supported the founders for two years while leading business improvement work across operations, commercial, legal, design and delivery. I developed end-to-end processes, KPIs, forecasting and CRM dashboards to improve visibility, accountability and handovers.

At Elite Group, I managed day-to-day business operations alongside CEO and senior leadership support. I led supplier and contractor management, procurement, facilities, operational projects, change management and process improvement.
