What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead brand strategy, visual communications, and creative operations where I can turn complex priorities into engaging, high-quality experiences and guide projects from concept through production.

I've led branding, messaging, and creative strategy through Michelle Redmon Designs, LLC, while delivering enterprise visual communications for Defense Health Agency and Department of Defense leadership at Deep Mile Networks.

I translate complex technical and executive priorities into accessible visual systems, including identity standards, executive presentations, instructional guides, infographics, publications, conference materials, and digital campaigns. My work spans government, healthcare, nonprofit, military, and technology organizations, balancing hands-on design with creative operations, vendors, budgets, timelines, and quality control.

At the American Society of Naval Engineers, I advanced through three leadership roles and led organization-wide rebranding across conferences, publications, digital platforms, and member communications. I bring 15+ years of experience creating visual work that strengthens organizational identity and supports business goals.
