What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build on my hands-on airfreight, key-account, and commercial operations experience, managing international shipments, strengthening client relationships, and delivering commercially sound logistics solutions.

At Procargo Logistics, I manage recurring European airfreight business across FRA, BRU and UK lanes from quotation through delivery. I source space, select routes, coordinate bookings and documentation, track shipments, and manage destination delivery.

I build competitive, profitable solutions by analysing cargo profiles and chargeable weight, comparing airline and routing options, calculating costs, and negotiating with overseas agents. I also resolve routing, transfer, storage, and delivery issues during tight-capacity and time-critical periods.

My earlier work in care operations, theatre hospitality, records management, and brand research strengthened my documentation, stakeholder communication, and service coordination. I’m fluent in Mandarin and English, with an MSc in Information Management & Preservation from the University of Glasgow.
