I am an experienced Loan Origination System administrator with over a decade working directly in Encompass and related LOS tools. I build custom forms, templates, document stacking orders, and coding to make mortgage automation more effective and user friendly.
I routinely troubleshoot AUS issues (DU, LPA), FraudGuard, FHA case processes, and ticketed system problems for loan officers, processors, closers and underwriters to keep loans moving. I also manage user access, branches, licensing updates and ensure compliance with RESPA, TRID and MDIA guidelines.
