What I'm looking for
I’m a behavioral health respite treatment advocate who provides support and advocacy for individuals receiving behavioral health respite treatment. I implement treatment plans and interventions to promote positive outcomes, while consistently advocating for clients' rights so their voices are heard.
I collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care. I also maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and services provided, and I prioritize cultural competency and sensitivity in all interactions.
Before my current role, I built strong customer-facing and problem-resolution experience in billing and collections, including working inbound and outbound in a high call volume, fast paced environment. I resolved payment issues, educated customers on consequences of delinquency, and supported enrollment into hardship programs, while meeting utilization and other metrics.
I’ve also led and supported operations in fast-paced settings as a managing bartender, including hiring and interviewing employees, managing deposits and banking, and ensuring compliance with certificates and licenses. Earlier in my career, I worked as a care coordinator and in medical office support, including childbirth education, breastfeeding advocacy, scheduling, insurance verification, chart preparation, and specimen collection and handling.
