At American Addiction Treatment Center, I supervised 20+ staff, managed intake and admissions for 12-bed recovery homes, maintained confidential EHR charts, and resolved patient billing and service inquiries. I also coordinated payroll, purchasing, payment reconciliation, and account-resolution support.

At Southeastern Virginia Training Center, I led shift handovers for 12 residents, maintained care logs and behavioral notes in EHR systems, and prepared accurate event and incident reports. I worked with multidisciplinary teams to improve treatment-plan coordination, documentation, and patient-account accuracy.

Earlier, I handled 80+ daily inbound calls at Kelly Services, scheduling appointments, resolving billing inquiries, negotiating payment arrangements, and tracking collections and account discrepancies in Microsoft Excel. I'm looking to strengthen account-resolution processes and support collections in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
