I am a dedicated mental health counselor with a Master of Arts in Counseling and extensive experience in providing compassionate, client-centered care. My journey in mental health began with my education at the University of California, Riverside, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, followed by a Master's degree from City University of Seattle. I have honed my skills through various internships and professional roles, including my current position as an LMHC, where I provide mental health counseling services and psycho-education.

Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse settings, including counseling services, case management, and integration support. I have developed interdisciplinary recovery plans and coordinated care for clients with complex needs.
